

This 32 week study of World War 1 and World War 2 is geared towards youth ages 15–17 years old and is estimated to take about 6 hours a week to complete. This investigation takes a unique look at history as the youth are mentored in seeing light amongst very difficult times in history. Though the theme of the unit is historical in nature, the investigation also includes material and activities that help the learner also develop their understanding and skills in the following areas: language arts (the youth are mentored through the writing process), visual arts, music, scripture, and nature.
